Job Description

• Creating daily, weekly and monthly shipping schedules in line with customer demands, directing production planning in parallel with these programs.
• Updating material lot sizes and minimum order quantities for optimum stock level.
• Ensure coordination between departments, follow production, supply and shipment stages, able to prepare necessary reports.
• Analyzing the ongoing processes from ordering, delivering parts till the production line and creating project improvement projects.
• Analysis and reporting of production capacity, material and workforce needs.
• Taking an active role in activities that will support warehouse management and production management functions, (5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing.)
• Finding the source of quality problems and to work in coordination with the related units to solve the problems.
• Providing work for the development of production methods in the company.
• Managing and following up all these activities in parallel with the information system processes, to review and evaluate regularly.

Qualifications

Required skills:

• Graduate from engineering faculty of universities.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English (for preparing documents, translating and oral-written communicating).
• Proficiency in operating MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to research about medical device products.
• Willing to be developed in Production Planning area.
• Thinking broadly about business.
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people.
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility.
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
• Knowledge of SAP-ERP modules are preferable.
• Having think analytically and problem-solving skills.
• Open to learn and team worker.
• Good communication and conflict management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
