What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Ensure brand authenticity and consistency across all design outputs, in line with the overall brand identity and strategy
• Develop visual and print materials, including logos, packaging, campaign visuals, promotional materials, brochures, catalogues, banners, digital assets, and corporate identity elements
• Review and finalize all visual content, ensuring accurate layout and color application, and approve printer proofs
• Manage food packaging design projects from concept through to final print production
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, techniques, and innovations in graphic design and branding, and bring relevant ideas into the creative process
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date visual asset inventory
• Attend press checks and photo shoots when required

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field, preferably supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic and brand design capabilities
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience on the agency or brand side, preferably within FMCG brands
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus
• Proficiency in AI-powered tools used in design and production processes, such as ideation, layout automation, and mock-up generation
• Advanced proficiency in English

What competencies are key to this role?

• Deep understanding of core design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to design and deliver brand-aligned visual materials across multiple touchpoints
• Solid knowledge of print and packaging production processes, including print supervision and quality control
• Familiarity with food packaging and labeling regulations is considered a strong advantage
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Positive, passionate, self-motivated, and result-oriented, with a creative mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
