OBJECTIVE

• Prepare the documentation with respect to the ordinary/extraordinary general assembly meeting and Board meetings
• Issue public disclosures
• Follow up the liabilities arising from the capital markets legislation
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports
• Prepare reports/meeting minutes of committees such as corporate governance, early risk detections
• Carry out the necessary works to make the company website as an active communication platform
• Follow up and completing all necessary works before Central Securities Depository

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• University degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations or finance (equity research, private equity, corporate finance etc.)
