We are seeking an analytical, visionary Quality Manager who will not merely maintain the status quo, but actively architect and elevate our quality systems to meet the highest tier of international engineering demands.

The Challenge:

• Architect and lead continuous improvement strategies across all operational processes, transforming quality metrics into actionable data that integrates seamlessly with our digital workflows and project management architectures.

• Spearhead and meticulously manage comprehensive international industry audits—particularlyAPI (American Petroleum Institute) certifications, PED, and ISO 9001. You will serve as the primary technical liaison with international lead auditors.

• Go beyond surface-level non-conformity corrections: utilize rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to engineer permanent, systemic safeguards in both manufacturing and field operations.

• Collaborate deeply with R&D and Production to ensure that current and upcoming valve designs strictly adhere to complex international norms and exclusive partner specifications.

• Direct, mentor, and elevate a team of QA/QC engineers, establishing autonomous, KPI-driven performance systems.

• Oversee and authorize Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) workflows, test reporting, and EN 10204 type 3-1 and 3-2 material certification protocols.

• Optimize supplier quality audits and incoming material verification pipelines for critical casting, machining, welding, and surface treatment processes.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Materials Engineering from a reputable university.

• Minimum 10 years of quality management experience in industrial manufacturing (strictly industrial valves, piping, or pressure vessels), with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.

• Elite-level command of API standards (API 6D, API 600, API 598) andPED.

• Proven track record of actively managing complex certification and renewal audits, demonstrating the ability to navigate high-level technical dialogues with international auditing bodies.

• Exceptional command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory. You will be conducting highly technical discussions, negotiating quality terms, and drafting documentation with our global distributors and European partners.

• A strong inclination towards systems engineering and digital transformation; you are comfortable utilizing data-driven management philosophies to optimize departmental efficiency.

• Highly decisive, solution-oriented, and capable of leading a team through complex engineering challenges.
