QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST Our company, headquartered in Istanbul, exports 12 million pairs of jeans annually to customers in Europe and America. All orders are based on our original designs, and we create 8,000 new models each year at our Design Center, approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in Istanbul.

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for our headquarters in Merter, Istanbul.

General Qualifications:

• Preferably a university graduate or a vocational high school graduate in a textile-related field
• At least 5 years of experience in denim production
• Adequate knowledge and experience in sewing techniques, washing, and dry processing
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Committed to customer satisfaction, taking responsibility, and striving for continuous improvement
• Highly motivated, with strong presentation skills, diligent, and responsible
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and quality assurance policies
• Able to work at our domestic and international production facilities, with no travel restrictions, and able to undertake long-term travel when required.

Job Description:

• Determine the necessary conditions to ensure that the pilot production conditions match the actual production conditions and establish these requirements.
• Define the required quality controls, considering customer quality expectations, criteria, and demands, along with related details.
• Analyze customer complaints, feedback, and quality issues, and report on them.
• Conduct package and carton checks (final inspections before loading and shipment) to confirm product suitability for shipment.
• Ensure final inspections are carried out according to AQL standards and report for final approval on product loading.
• Accompany customer inspections and evaluations.
• Identify critical control points to ensure process quality and effectively implement controls at these points.
• Identify key points to be inspected during production, considering customer sensitivities, define quality controls and criteria, and maintain records.
• Ensure that all necessary conditions are met if the customer wishes to participate in the process at various stages for various reasons.
• Monitor the calibration and verification of measuring instruments.
• Represent the company in the presence of customers.
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned by procedures and instructions.
