Qualifications
The purpose of the job is to realize the vision of Benefit Systems and our flagship product MultiSport in Türkiye from scratch. The Sales Manager will be a part of our amazing team and take responsibility for a team who will together set up short and long-term sales and customer relations strategies in the local market. This position reports to the Country Manager in Türkiye currently, to be restructured based on our current growth rate.
Key responsibilities: We believe a good and courageous manager knows and understands the responsibilities and dynamics of the B2B Sales Team therefore we do not want you to become bored and we will not write it :)
The ideal candidate needs to:
- Believe – high initiative and self-starter attitude will help you to force challenges coming up with starting a new sales team in the new company. We look for someone with a long-term approach. Check also our business in other Countries – do you want to become a part of the same in Türkiye?
- Be flexible and dynamic – this is a position for people who like to build from the scratch; if you prefer to be “behind the desk” a Manager thinks twice before applying; it is important to be open-minded, communicative, and convincing. At least 50% of the time needs to be spent with customers together with the team.
- Have strong ethical values and a win-win attitude – we are linking Customers, Providers, Employees, and many more. It is crucial to remember that Benefit Systems is just a part of the business model.
- Be experienced and mature – at least 2 years in leading and managing teams in the B2B sales sector in Türkiye. Perfect knowledge of the local B2B market.
- Present - fluent English skills enough to express yourself, driving license.
