Job Description
Support Logistics Material Planning in BuP2/LOG and Shared Material Planning Servie/Hub located in BuP2:
- Material planning and ordering from suppliers, monitor plan/order implementation to ensure on time delivery.
- Past Due and Missing part for production daily check to ensure no impact on production orders and Customer OTD
- Coordinate with plant to deal with unqualified material, push inspection process for urgent material and physical material transferring etc. internal process. Communicate with production planner in time to fulfill customer demand
Qualifications
- Become to third or senior degree student in the Faculty of Engineering, Logistics or related departments
- Ability to work 3-5 days a week
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office, good at PC skill and SAP material planning
- Logical and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) thinking
- Open personality, team spirit and active communication skills
- Honest, responsibility, able to work under pressure
- Problem analytical skill and problem solving
