Job Description

  • Responsible for turnover and achieving annual & monthly sales target
  • Implement Channel Strategy and develop/manage local customer portfolio by increasing share of wallet with existing customers and identifying additional business opportunities with new customers/verticals/influencers
  • Develop, implement and actively manage customer portfolio focusing on large accounts and defining efficient ways of serving small accounts
  • Monitor and analyse sales and against budget and initiate appropriate action if needed
  • Develop, implement and follow-up the country strategy within agreed budget, based on strategy
  • Actively work with key influencers and end-users and act as Key Influencer Manager for defined local influencer
  • Be face of BU FIR for a vertical, represent BU FIR in relevant associations, bodies and governmental forums
  • Present, discuss, adjust and follow-up on technical and commercial solutions with the end-user and all relevant parties
  • Ensure and achieve with large end-users that BU FIR products is preferred supplier and that BU FIR products are specified as preferred solution
  • Develop, implement and follow-up on local customer strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Develop, implement and follow-up on business development approach for key verticals


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in  Electrical & Electronics Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent English speaking is an asset.
  • Located in Ankara is a plus
  • At least 3-5 years experience in sales & business Development, preferably in high-tech multinational companies and Fire alarm business unit
  • Excellent customer orientation and networking skills
  • Excellent team player and multi-tasking skills
  • High degree of self-motivation & accuracy, perform well under pressure, flexibility, self-confidence, high willingness to learn, result-orientation, self-organization.
  • Have a driving license and open for travel
  • Good use of MS office programs
