Job Description

• Continuously analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
• Planning and implementing equipment and tools for new workstations and/or entire lines
• Industrialization of new products or components and collaborate with R&D and the time to market teams to transition new products from prototype to full-scale production.
• Investigating and resolving production problems using appropriate methods and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Overseeing maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and work closely with safety teams to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with quality control teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to maintain the highest product quality.
• Assisting in production scheduling and capacity planning to meet customer demand while ensuring on-time delivery.
• Taking over the responsibility for a technology, product/module, or method as a Local Process Owner in the location

Qualifications

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, manufacturing related processes/principles as ECR management, MTM, FMEA, PGL, ergonomic work-station design, and Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
• Knowledge of capability studies, product, or components
• Knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD for layout optimization
• Experience in Project Management
• Advanced level of English (both written and verbal)
• Good level of communication and problem-solving skills
