The Night Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth, secure, and brand-compliant hotel operations during night hours. As the senior operational representative of the hotel overnight, this role oversees guest satisfaction, team coordination, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all hotel operations during the night shift

• Supervise Front Office night operations, including Night Audit and check-in/check-out procedures

• Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergency situations in a professional and solution-oriented manner

• Coordinate, supervise, and support night shift team members

• Ensure accurate completion of end-of-day procedures, reports, and night audit processes

• Enforce security, fire safety, and emergency procedures during night operations

• Prepare detailed operational handover reports for morning management

• Ensure full compliance with brand standards, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Night Manager, Night Supervisor, or Front Office professional in luxury or upper-upscale hotels

• Strong knowledge of PMS systems and night audit procedures

• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Calm, confident, and professional approach during night operations

• Ability to work flexible night shifts
