The Night Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth, secure, and brand-compliant hotel operations during night hours. As the senior operational representative of the hotel overnight, this role oversees guest satisfaction, team coordination, and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all hotel operations during the night shift
Supervise Front Office night operations, including Night Audit and check-in/check-out procedures
Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergency situations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Coordinate, supervise, and support night shift team members
Ensure accurate completion of end-of-day procedures, reports, and night audit processes
Enforce security, fire safety, and emergency procedures during night operations
Prepare detailed operational handover reports for morning management
Ensure full compliance with brand standards, health, and safety regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Night Manager, Night Supervisor, or Front Office professional in luxury or upper-upscale hotels
Strong knowledge of PMS systems and night audit procedures
Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Calm, confident, and professional approach during night operations
Ability to work flexible night shifts
