Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing retail environments, shop-in-shop concepts, visual merchandising elements, and in-store communication materials while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design and develop Shop-in-Shop (SIS) concepts, retail fixtures, and in-store branding applications.

·        Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for retail projects.

·        Prepare concept designs, presentations, and visualization materials for internal and external stakeholders.

·        Produce and revise graphic design assets using design softwares.

·        Develop and update store layouts, fixture placements, and retail experience areas.

·        Review and validate technical production drawings to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability.

·        Coordinate with production vendors and agencies to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.

·        Prepare detailed design documentation and production files for manufacturing and implementation.

·        Support new store openings, remodels, and retail enhancement projects.

·        Ensure all designs comply with corporate brand guidelines and local execution standards.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.

·        Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, retail design, interior design, or related disciplines.

·        Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).

·        Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion, Blender, or similar tools.

·        Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

·        Ability to read, understand, and review technical production drawings.

·        Experience preparing production-ready files and working with manufacturing partners.

·        Strong understanding of retail environments, visual merchandising, and customer experience design.

·        Excellent communication and project management skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience in consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG sectors.

·        Knowledge of retail fixture production materials and manufacturing processes.

·        Experience working with branding and visual merchandising guidelines.

·        Familiarity with AI-based design and visualization tools.

·        Experience in large-scale retail rollout projects.
