QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics or Foreign Trade field
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and air freight forwarding experience or transportation industry experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Proficient use of personal computer and its applications (MS Office)
- Working knowledge of IATA rules and regulations
- Working knowledge of customs rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively utilize resources
- Problem solving skills and ability to handle crisis
- Customer focus oriented
- Eager to learn new aspects of business
- Multi-task oriented, self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the team

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparing suitable air freight quotations for customer requests.
- Coordinate the overall resources of the department and work with customs brokers and other Brink’s affiliates.
- Handle service requests from customers and maintain relationships with them.
- Liaise with airlines, handling agents, customs and airport authorities as required.
- Assist and support the Sales or other departments
- Ensure pro-active communication internally and externally when dealing with operations and customers issues.
- Identify customer needs for their air freight and ensure that freight movement meets or exceeds expectations
