Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Manager with preferred Materials Science and Engineering education background to be assigned to our factory located inTekirdağ / Çerkezköy.

General Qualifications

* Graduated from the Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering at universities,

* At least 5 years of experience in quality control and/or measurement, preferably in the metal industry,

* Good command of written English at a level sufficient to follow technical literature and standards,

* Knowledge of technical drawings, measurement methods, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T),

* Experience with national and international metal standards,

* Ability to carry out periodic monitoring and reporting within the scope of quality management systems,

* Strong analytical thinking skills, detail-oriented, able to clearly explain findings and establish cause–effect relationships,

* Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification processes,

* Proficient in MS Office applications; capable of data analysis using Excel, and preparing detailed reports and presentations using Word, PowerPoint, andMS Dynamics,

* Holder of a Class B driving license with no restrictions on travel,

* Residing in or willing to reside in the Çerkezköy or Kapaklı area,

* Experience in leading customer audit processes.

Knowledge of the following equipment and software is required:

* Automatic Brinell and Rockwell Hardness Testing Machines

* Digital Micro Vickers Hardness Tester

* Sample cutting machines

* Double-disc grinding and polishing machines

* Sample mounting (bakelite) machines

* Metallographic microscope

* Material Plus microstructure analysis software

* MS Dynamics software
