We are looking for a Quotation Engineer with the qualifications below;

• BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields from a reputable university
• Minimum 5-year experience in quotation/technical sales departments
• Preferably, experience with heavy industry equipment
• Excellent command of written & verbal English
• Good command of French, Spanish or Russian is an asset
• No military obligation for male candidates
• No restriction for travelling in and out of country
• Willing to work extra hours when necessary
• Driving license (class B)
• Good command of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• 2D Autocad knowledge

 Job Description

• Being responsible for following up the quotation requests
• Work directly with customers to understand their processes and develop the best solutions for their requirements
• Recognize and understand the customer’s needs, make suggestions for possible solutions, and quickly develop budgetary numbers
• Creating cost items and quotation in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, and customer demands
• Carefully analyze the RFQ documents to determine the exceptions and/or deviations
• Negotiating the technical and commercial terms with the suppliers
• Preparing all kinds of information and documents required in the context of quotation / tender in a timely and complete manner
• Following up with the customers for given quotations
• Additional duties may be assigned, as required
• Residing or will be able to reside in Izmir.
