We are seeking a highly qualified Customer Service Specialist to join our team to serve our French speaking terrories. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, supporting sales activities, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires proficiency in French at mother-tongue levels or similar and good command of English.

We are looking for a SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER with the qualifications below;

· BS/MS degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university,

· Minimum 5-10 years experience in Mechanical Design

· Design experience for mechanical systems such as conveyor systems, crushers, mills, and similar is an asset

· Excellent command of Solidworks, SolidWorks PDM, AutoCAD

· Experience with ERP systems (preferably IFS)

· Preferably international experience

· Excellent command of written & verbal English

· No military obligation for male candidates.

· No restriction for travelling in and out of country

· Willing to work extra hours when necessary

· Driving license (class B)

Job Description;

· Carry out 2D and 3D engineering design works to meet customer demands in line with functionality, quality and time objectives by using computer-aided design and engineering tools,

· Preparation of system layout plans and flow sheets, equipment general arrangement drawings and P&I Diagrams,

· Review and evaluate technical requirements of projects

· Make detailed engineering calculations within the scope of design projects,

· Generate bill of materials (BOM), working scenarios and technical drawings of products,

· Familiar with E-BOM, M-BOM structures

· Provide technical support for internal and worldwide external stakeholders in the scope of ongoing projects and processes,

· Elaborating technical documentation, i.e., instruction and field manuals,

· Examination and benchmarking of competitor products,

· Plan and execute design improvement studies.
