Qualifications

• 4th-year undergraduate or graduate student in Engineering discipline,
• Preferably available to work at least 4 days per week,
• Experience or strong interest in procurement, effective negotiation, and supplier management,
• Preferably with knowledge of materials, commodities, and production processes,
• Ability to analyze needs effectively and generate alternative solutions,
• A team player with strong analytical thinking skills,
• Research-oriented, innovative, and committed to personal and professional development,
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills,
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken),
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Open to new technologies and preferably familiar with SAP MM and Ariba.

Job Description

• Reviewing and consolidating purchase requests,
• Conducting research and analysis to identify suitable suppliers based on requirements and registering them in the system,
• Managing the tender process from receiving supplier quotations to order placement and invoice entry,
• Creating purchase orders and managing the entire operational process along with product procurement,
• Preparing reports related to procurement processes,
• Supporting the improvement and development of procurement systems and processes.
