Italy based ONIVERSE Calzedonia Group founded in 1986 which is one of the largest international companies in retail sector.
ONIVERSE has 115 stores in Turkey including Calzedonia, Intimissimi,Intimissimi Uomo, Falconeri brands.
Now, ONIVERSE is looking for a IT Assistant Specialist passionate, goal oriented and who are willing to join the fast growing company in Turkey Market.
Qualifications
- Minimum graduated from Vocational High School Computer Technologies and similar departments,
- Holding a Class B driver’s license and able to drive actively ( Min. 2 years )
- Knowledge at least one of both written and spoken good command of English.
- Minimum 1 years experience in providing of remote technical support,
- Military service must be completed for male candidate.
- No restriction for travel and suitable for flexible working.
Job Description
- System installation, maintenance and repair and monitoring
- Installation, configuration and management of operating systems and programs used
- Support for Microsoft Systems (a like W10 Operating Systems, Office, Mailing )
- Support for printer, pos device, camera and alarm systems and peripherals
- To support all IT problems and requests from users,
- Phone – Tablet installation, configuration and management
- Provide support and solutions to end-user problems and needs
- Store Opening-Closing Organizations
- Experience with network management and security protocols (Firewall, VPN, etc.),
- Monitoring and solving Technical and Digital Problems of Stores
- Controlling and supplying consumables stock
