Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Haier Europe Turkey.

The main responsibility of this role is processing documents and delivering a high level of customer service in the OTC area.

The position is located in İstanbul.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Services,
• Experience in OTC area would be an advantage,
• Supply Chain experience is an asset,
• Very good knowledge of English,
• Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.

Job Description

• Coordinate the Order to Cash processes such as order entry to invoice creation, including customer service and sales support activities,
• Prepare OTC management reports daily/weekly and monthly,
• Monitoring and following stocks daily and weekly,
• Responsible for checking and managing return order management,
• Report to direct supervisor any deviations from agreed standards (delays, use of wrong templates, missing input)
• Follow up customs clearance issues with the customs broker and cover all necessary documentation,
• Work together with a related department on the preparation and follow up documents related to OTC operations,
• Provide necessary support to our Sales & Marketing Team,
• Sales forecasting, inserting and facilitating monthly/weekly forecast files into the system,
• Complete logistics service invoice checks and approvals in the SAP workflow in line with a delegation of authorization thresholds/limits,
• Dealing with the customers for any operational issue when needed.
