Cansel Çift İşkinat is looking for a Part-Time Native English Teacher to join our academic team in Reyhanlı, Hatay.

Please note: This position is specifically for candidates whose native language is English. Applications from non-native English speakers will not be considered for this position.

We are looking for an energetic, communicative, responsible, and student-focused teacher who can create a natural English-speaking environment in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Delivering interactive and communication-focused English lessons
• Conducting speaking, conversation, pronunciation, and listening activities
• Encouraging students to speak English naturally and confidently
• Creating an immersive English-speaking classroom environment
• Teaching students from different age groups and proficiency levels
• Preparing engaging, age-appropriate, and interactive classroom activities
• Using role plays, games, discussions, storytelling, projects, and real-life communication activities
• Supporting students’ fluency, vocabulary development, pronunciation, and everyday communication skills
• Using educational tools such as Wordwall, Kahoot!, Quizlet, Canva, and similar platforms when appropriate
• Monitoring student participation and progress
• Cooperating with other teachers and the academic team
• Following the institution’s lesson plans, curriculum, and educational approach

Qualifications

• English must be the candidate’s native language
• Native-level English pronunciation and natural speaking ability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and engaging classroom presence
• Ability to create a fully English-speaking classroom environment
• Ability to motivate students and encourage active participation
• Patient, positive, energetic, and creative personality
• Ability to work with children, teenagers, and/or adults
• Responsible, punctual, organized, and reliable
• Comfortable using technology and interactive educational tools
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous English teaching experience
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or a similar teaching qualification
• Experience in language schools or educational institutions
• Experience teaching young learners
• Experience teaching speaking and conversation classes
• Familiarity with communicative and activity-based teaching methods

Working Model

• Part-time position
• Face-to-face teaching in Reyhanlı, Hatay
• Working days and hours will be arranged according to the course schedule., we want our students to experience English as a living language, not only as a school subject.
