Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, or currently in the final year of undergraduate studies
• Strong interest in Quality Management, Quality Control and Process Improvement
• Interest in learning ISO standards, ISAGO requirements, Lean, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management (TQM)
• Advanced English, written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, organization and follow-up skills
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility and develop in a global and multicultural working environment

Job Description

• Support quality documentation, standardization and guideline preparation activities.
• Support the follow-up of Global Quality Management System activities and compliance with ISO standards, ISAGO requirements and Group Quality standards.
• Support Global Quality projects, quality control, process standardization, and continuous improvement activities based on Lean, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Support the collection, consolidation and analysis of Quality Index, KPI, SLA and Process Compliance data.
• Support the preparation of weekly Quality & Safety reports and management presentations.
• Support coordination with quality teams across Group locations.
