Desired Qualifications&Educational Background
 

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,  Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ of experience in a similar position, in industrial environment, preferable in steel industry, metallurgy, metalworking, automotive, automotive supplier.
• Excellent skills in English - both writing and speaking. 
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the SAP PM module.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• The initiative to work on your own or as part of a team.

 Responsibilities&Expectations
 

• Managing maintenance operations and externalized equipment services, in cooperation with Production responsibles, and with the consent of Factory Manager.
• Ensuring the existence of technical, material and human resources necessary to carry out maintenance operations.
• Responsible for the proper functioning and conservation status of tools, equipment and manufacturing facilities.
• Analyzing the preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance needs of the equipments, team management, defining and planning of necessary actions for problem solving.
• Analyzing the viability of requests for maintenance operations.
• Designing the Preventive Maintenance plan.
• Developing the working instructions for all maintenance operation.
• Take all necessary actions to improve maintenance working environments of the teams and equipment.
• Elaborates the specifications for the required services and for the actions in the investment plan.
• Prepares reports of activities of the maintenance area.
• Participates in the definition of process indicators.
• Participates in the definition of targets for the indicators.
