Account Coordinator

·       Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Account Executive teams.

·       Prepare customer presentations, proposals, reports, quotations, and contract documentation.

·       Support lead generation and sales pipeline activities through outbound calls, emails, and Salesforce updates.

·       Assist in qualifying customer opportunities by gathering relevant business and operational information.

·       Coordinate customer contract preparation and ensure required documentation is completed accurately.

·       Manage the credit check process and coordinate new customer account creation.

·       Maintain accurate customer records and account information within Salesforce and SAP.

·       Support the handover of new customers and ongoing activities to Customer Service and other relevant teams.

·       Monitor and update sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within Salesforce.

·       Prepare regular sales and account performance reports for management and field teams.

·       Analyze sales and customer data to provide insights that support business decisions and sales effectiveness.

·       Coordinate workflow and customer requests between Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams.

·       Support Account Executives during customer visits, audits, and account reviews, as required.

·       Ensure sales teams have access to current sales materials, presentations, and promotional resources.

·       Build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support an excellent customer experience.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests and issues.

·       Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
