Finance Analyst – Field Sales Finance

We are now seeking for a Finance Analyst to be a part of our Field Sales Finance Department for the following locations Istanbul - Ankara - Izmir. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the roles are shared below:

Main Responsibilities

• Partnering with sales & marketing team to decide long-term and short-term customer / brand investments and to lead contract/promotion management process
• Ensures monthly accurate SKU/customer/region profitability reporting of Sell-in&Sell-Out PLs on SPARC and prepares relevant reports
• Timely and accurate preparation of ad-hoc analyzes in line with market / customer needs
• Preparing data for BP financials and reporting BP vs. Actual post-completion analysis
• Participating improvement processes in terms of testing, controlling of new financial projects
• TPR management with RGM on monthly basis inline with strategic plans and customer entry price limits
• Performs pricing sensitivity analysis and value chain analysis
• Opex & COGS follow-up and business partnering with related department
• Provide monthly reports to the management

Specifications

• Undergraduate Degree
• Fluent in English & Turkish
• Good financial knowledge and business acumen
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strategic mindset and planning skills
