Finance Associate – Route Settlement

We are now seeking for a Finance Associate to be a part of our Route Settlement team. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:

Main Responsibilities

• Tracking and Controlling of daily Route Settlement accounting operations and sales accounting transactions in line of COA, VUK and SPK principles
• Controlling and recording of returning goods and deposits invoices
• Recording of Loan receipts / cash / checks and cancellation of invoices
• Reconciling checks and cash in the deliveryman's account in the end of day transactions
• Recording and controling the shipments made through the distributors with the correct documents and in accordance with the legal period
• Controling and organizing caps process
• Creating caps contacts for timely payments for both distributors and customers.
• Arranging and recording of invoices
• Recording the debit and credit invoices after controlling them with related principles.
• Solving problems related with product and deposit invoices with customers, coordinating the communication with customers/sales/distributor and finance team
• Reporting on exceptional cases out of the procedure and to inform those concerned.
• Checking the errors occurring in the accounting records, ensuring the elimination of the errors
• Supporting the tax and audit team on issues related to CCI operations

Specifications

• Undergraduate Degree (preferably Business Administration or Economics)
• Fluent Turkish & Intermediate level of English
• 0-2 Years of overall experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP Finance Module is an asset
• Know – how of intermediate level Accounting, Turkish Commercial Law and Tax Pocedure Law is preferred
