Productivity Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Takes direct leadership of the bar soap and liquids making processes to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the operation.

• Leads Corrective and Preventive Actions processes and data analytics efforts to improve EOHS, Quality and Efficiency for all production areas (finishing and making).

• Analyzes performance indicators for all production areas, identifies and implements opportunities to improve asset utilization, and operation efficiency

• Leads initiatives within the Gebze 2025 strategic framework to enhance plant people, equipment and organizational capabilities.

• Utilizes existing plant technology (i.e. Wonderware, SAP, OPERA, etc.) and identifies and implements new smart technologies and data analytics tools to support digital and automation transformation of the plant.

• Takes an active role in developing a learning culture within the production team, by developing and conducting training, enhancing the coaching and feedback system.

• Implements the standards of Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) within the production teams, with focused emphasis in regards to People Capability, Visual Workplace, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Production Planning, and Smart Factory.

• Takes leadership position in implementing the plant ambition for excellence with passion for growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in leading teams.

• Solid understanding of production and process equipment, preferably in a processing industry such as food, chemicals or pharmaceuticals.

• Mentor and feedback skills required in a high performance work systems environment.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage in ambiguous situations.

• Demonstrated ability for passion for learning and growth.
