We are looking for motivated Fresh Graduate Engineers who would like to build their careers in oilfield cementing services.

• Turkish Passport Holders
• Residents in Türkiye
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline,
• 0–2 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply,
• Strong willingness to learn field operations and develop a career in well cementing services,
• Strong HSE mindset and commitment to service quality,
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English,
• Willingness to work in field locations and under operational working schedules,
• Team-oriented, responsible and eager to learn.

Job Description

The Cementing Field Engineer will work closely with experienced field and operations teams and receive practical exposure to well cementing operations.

Main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the planning and execution of cementing operations,
• Assisting with preparation of cementing job programs, calculations and operational documentation,
• Monitoring operational parameters during cementing jobs,
• Supporting pre-job preparations and post-job reporting,
• Coordinating with supervisors, operators and other field personnel during operations,
• Supporting equipment and material readiness checks prior to field operations,
• Following company HSE procedures and participating in pre-job safety meetings,
• Assisting in the preparation and review of field reports and job documentation,
• Developing technical knowledge of cementing equipment, materials and field procedures,
• Participating in training and competency development programs.
