We are looking for a Procurement Engineer is sought to join our rapidly growing company with the following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from university engineering departments, preferably Mechanical Engineering,

• Preferably with advanced English proficiency,

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement operations,

• Experienced in purchasing technical materials, semi-finished goods, especially machined and welded components,

• High cultural awareness with the ability to analyze markets for procurement,

• Strong legal knowledge and experience in international contracts and specifications,

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills,

• High financial literacy and solid understanding of basic financial concepts,

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills; able to work systematically,

• Competent in reporting and analysis,

• Strong representation skills and professional appearance,

• Proficient in MS Office programs,

• Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul (Asian side) or Kocaeli.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Managing all procurement processes of the assigned projects,

• Managing existing supplier relationships,

• Conducting supplier development activities,

• Monitoring the global market and defining procurement strategies,

• Supporting the development of the supply chain,

• Establishing project-oriented supplier networks,
