We’re looking for enthusiastic team members willing to join Zuma Restaurant as Restaurant Receptionist
 

• You have a degree in Tourism & Hospitality departments from vocational schools
• You’re able to communicate comfortably in English
• You preferably have worked in a fine dining restaurant before
• You’re mature, patient and confident
• You have a friendly yet professional communication style
• You’re highly customer-focused and you see any complaint as an opportunity to provide a better experience to your guests
• You can work in a high-paced environment, and you know how to make each guest feel “special” in all circumstances

İŞ TANIMI

You will be creating the “first-impression” of our guests by:

• Scheduling reservations for guests in advance and as they arrive at the restaurant
• Greeting guests as the arrive and escorting them to their seats
• Directing the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and quality service from the moment they arrive
• Ensuring that table plan is arranged according to guests’ needs and preferences
• Providing immediate solutions for any customer complaint or demand
• Obeying all standards regarding customer satisfaction, food safety, service quality, labor health; and informing your managers if any risk arises
