We are a leading home textile manufacturer with a strong heritage in quality and innovation. For over 8 years, we have been successfully growing our private label brand on Amazon Europe. Currently, we operate across 6 major marketplaces: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, and the Czech Republic. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager to scale our global presence and optimize our multi-country operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of our brand across all 6 Amazon EU accounts.
PPC & Advertising Optimization: Design, execute, and monitor high-performance Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns to improve ACOS/TACOS and ROAS.
SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct deep keyword research and optimize listings (titles, bullet points, backend search terms) to improve organic rankings in multiple languages.
Brand Growth: Manage A+ Content, Brand Store updates, and participate in Vine and other brand-building programs.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide weekly/monthly reports on profitability and growth opportunities.
Inventory & Logistics: Collaborate with our production team to ensure optimal stock levels and manage FBA inbound shipments across European fulfillment centers.
Account Health: Proactively monitor account health, manage customer feedback, and resolve any policy compliance or listing issues.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience managing professional Amazon Seller Central accounts (FBA experience is a must).
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Amazon EU dynamics, VAT requirements, and pan-European fulfillment.
Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in German or any other European language (French, Italian, etc.) is a significant plus.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Amazon advertising tools and third-party analytics software (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Production Awareness: Understanding of the textile industry or experience working with manufacturing-backed brands is preferred.
