Technical Proposal and Project Engineer

Location: Yenibosna, Istanbul
Working model: Hybrid, with 1–2 days of remote work per week depending on the work Schedule

particularly in cement, iron and steel, sugar, and mining.

We develop proposals covering medium-voltage and low-voltage systems, industrial automation, lighting, instrumentation, and site installation.

Our proposals bring together technical solutions, costs, and customer requirements. We are looking for aTechnical Proposal and Project Engineer

who will work closely with our team throughout this process.As part of the proposal team, you will take on increasing responsibility over time,

with the opportunity to develop your career toward a Proposal Specialist or Project Manager role. We welcome applications from women and men.

What Will We Do Together?

• Define the scope: Review customer requests, specifications, and project drawings to clarify the scope of work.
• Analyze project requirements: Contribute to site surveys, quantity takeoffs, material lists, supplier discussions, and cost analyses.
• Prepare proposals: Develop tender submissions and technical and commercial proposals, and follow up on revisions.
• Communicate internationally: Correspond in English with customers abroad and participate directly in meetings when needed.
• Work across teams: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site teams.
• Stay connected to the industry: Attend trade fairs in Türkiye and abroad to meet customers and follow industry developments.

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
• At least 3 and no more than 5 years of relevant work experience,
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to correspond directly with international customers and discuss technical and commercial matters confidently,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD,
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manage large datasets, unit prices, and cost tables using pivot tables and macros,
• An outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and well-developed negotiation and persuasion skills,
• A solution and results-oriented approach, together with a willingness to share knowledge andwork as part of a team,
• Availability for domestic and international travel,
• For male candidates, completion of compulsory military service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in site surveys, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and proposal preparation,
• Experience preparing tender or proposal documents and developing technical and commercial offers,or a strong desire to grow in this field,
• Previous experience at a company specializing in industrial electrical or automation systems,
• Project experience in the cement, iron and steel, or mining sectors,
• Familiarity with medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, automation panels, motor drives, and industrial automation systems used in industrial facilities.

The main focus of this role is proposal and project work. Depending on project needs, short site visits may be required to clarify technical or cost matters and support the team.

There is no expectation of a permanent site assignment. We manage our work as a team and do not expect you to handle projects on your own.
