QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

You will enjoy your new role, if you are excited to provide continuous support and service to management, administration, sales and Customer Service Center teams.
 
Being the first point of contact for the company, you will often be the first person that local employees, Danfoss visitors from other locations and potential clients see, so you're always representing the Company.
 
You will be Responsible for

  • Welcoming visitors/vendors/customers and monitoring visitor accesses
  • Directing visitors by maintaining to the respective host by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Effectively responding to inquiries through telephone and e-mail 
  • Booking travel reservations and arranging ground transportation for Danfoss visitors
  • Support organization of seminars for our Segments and other company events
  • Maintaining office supply through procurement management system
  • Works closely with Facilities team and Property Management company on any building issues that may arise
  • Work as an integral part of Safety and Evacuation Teams  

Your Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree with maximum 5 years of professional experience in administrative and customer-oriented position
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken
  • Strong customer focus with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Responsible and organized while multitasking, prioritizing and working under pressure
  • Computer literate in all Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
