Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Finance Business Insights & Process Excellence Manager, Temporary" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together! 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, including Forecast, QBR, STRAT, and AOP processes.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide business insights and support decision-making.

• Monitor business performance and identify risks, opportunities, and key trends.

• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI and other analytical tools.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of management reports and performance analyses.

• Support the transition from manual reporting processes to automated and digital solutions.

• Support master data governance activities and help maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and improve reporting reliability.

• Participate in finance-related system enhancement and transformation projects, including SAP initiatives.

• Work closely with Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to support project delivery and business requirements.

• Assist in testing, implementation, and user adoption activities for new processes and systems. 

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or business finance roles.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis.

• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling).

• Knowledge of SAP (CO, COPA, or similar modules) is preferred.

• Experience with Power Query, automation tools, or digital reporting solutions is a plus.

• Experience in finance transformation or system implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

• Structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Data-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

• Results-oriented with strong accountability mindset.

• Agile and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.

• Collaborative team player with positive and constructive attitude.

• Curious and eager to learn, especially in digital and data topics.
