Export Sales Specialist

Lineadecor is looking for an "Export Sales Specialist" to join our team in the Export Department at our headquarters, where we will work together to produce high-quality projects.
General Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in export sales, account management, and customer relationship management.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP is a strong asset.
• No restrictions for domestic or international travel; must have a valid driver’s license and be an active driver.
• Military service completed for male candidates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured cause-and-effect approach.
• High persuasion skills and an innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong inclination toward teamwork.
• Adaptable to flexible working hours and fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong follow-up skills with high attention to detail.
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul or within the Kocaeli region (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova, Dilovası, Hereke, Körfez, Derince, İzmit route).
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales Operations
• Ensure strong communication and coordination with showroom and project managers within the assigned regions.
• Monitor and report account sales performance on a regular basis.
• Manage dealer contract processes, conduct account reconciliations, and closely monitor payment schedules.
• Support dealers’ marketing activities and conduct periodic on-site visits.
• Manage and monitor customer satisfaction levels in collaboration with relevant departments.
Project & Contract Management
• Evaluate international project inquiries, conduct pricing and cost analysis, and prepare commercial proposals.
• Manage end-to-end project sales operations in coordination with all related internal units.
• Oversee shipment planning and coordinate delivery processes.
• Ensure timely and efficient process management in line with project managers’ expectations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Business Development & Sales Analytics
• Provide consultancy and operational support to potential dealer candidates in target regions.
• Conduct market analysis and prepare periodic sales reports for line manager review.
