Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning
• Good command of English (both written and verbal)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong command of MS Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven decision-making mindset
• Well-developed planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented
• No travel restrictions
• Preferably based in Eskişehir

Job Description

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our corrugated board and packaging plant in Eskişehir. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing system transactions in line with production data and preparing production and raw material reports
• Monitoring daily production flow and tracking open work orders
• Planning and sequencing orders based on priorities, deadlines, and operational efficiency
• Consolidating production orders to ensure optimal capacity utilization
• Identifying the most efficient production location for incoming orders and guiding operations accordingly
• Comparing planned vs. actual production, performing root cause analysis, and developing improvement actions
• Continuously improving planning accuracy through performance evaluation and corrective actions
• Leading initiatives on production optimization, efficiency improvement, and performance measurement
• Supporting annual target setting and budget planning processes
• Collaborating with procurement for effective raw material inventory management
