We are looking for an eager, motivated JuniorDigital Marketing Specialist to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to Senior Digital Marketing positions under the direction of experienced personnel.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university – A degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related areas,
· Minimum 2 years of work experience is aMust,
· Previous internship or coursework in digital marketing is a bigPlus,
· Fluency in written and spoken English is a Must,
· Have basic knowledge of Digital Marketing tools, trends, and services is aMust,
· Proficiency in basic photo editing skills using tools such as Photoshop or similar editing software is aMust,
· Capable of writing English and Turkish ad texts, creating ad content,
· Capable of crafting creative e-mails and SMS texts,
· Knowledge or strong interest in leveraging AI tools for marketing analytics and strategy,
· Eager to improve herself/himself in digital marketing,
· Excellent MS Office skills,
· Good communication and interpersonal skills,
· Self-motivated and result-oriented,

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for clients,
· Creating compelling content for various digital channels, including social media, e-mail campaigns, and websites,
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts,
· Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain content on WordPress websites,
· Prepare visually engaging presentations or client meetings and internal discussions,
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape,
· Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and AI.
