Job Description

• Plans and monitors daily accounting operations
• Ensures local books are in full compliance with all applicable regulations, policies and rules
• Plans and monitors period closing transactions
• Timely reconciliation to General Ledger from all input sources, (such as Sales, A/R, A/P, Fixed Assets, Inventory, cash, checks etc.)
• Intercompany sales, purchases and balances confirmations on the monthly basis
• Managing and supporting to VAT refund processes
• Ensures timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax/legal declarations
• Monthly e-ledger preparation and submissions,
• Assists audit processes
• Develops best practice accounting solutions
• Assists team in daily technical accounting and tax issues
• Drives projects as assigned by the Finance Leadership                                                                                                                                                                

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Finance or any other related field of study
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (at least 3 years of VAT refund experience is a must)
• Advanced user of MS Office applications (especially Word and Excel)
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
