We are looking for YOUNG TALENT to join our team at our Gebze Factory who are excited to become  Advanced Manufacturing Engineer in Diniz Adient Türkiye!

If you are,

• Newly graduated from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical- Electronics or similar departments of universities
• 4th year student or master student at universities
• Excellent communication skills, and able to work in a team environment
• Flexible, and able to adapt to learn automotive process
• Excellent command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• No restriction for travel 
• CATIA, or Solidworks knowledge/experience
• Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerance knowledge

The experiences you will add to yourself when you joined Diniz Adient Talent Development Program;  

• Define the production concept / material flow and production area lay-out
• Define necessary equipment and tooling based on production concept
• Engineering Changes calculation and implementation
• Technical support to purchasing activities
• Input/change the master data and BOM
• Define packaging requirements
• Initiate P-FMEA activities
• Support serial production to achieve the quality/volume/cost targets of the plant
• Being  expert on customer/ product requirements and train the workforce accordingly
