 English Speaking Team Leader (Automotive & Call Center Operations)

 Location: Istanbul (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in automotive industry and call center operations to join a dynamic international team.

 Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and motivate the performance of operation consultants and back-office teams
• Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities
• Manage task distribution and provide operational guidance when needed
• Collect, analyze, and report operational performance data to management
• Monitor key KPIs including customer feedback, sales performance, and customer satisfaction

 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry and call center operations
• Proven experience in team leadership or operational responsibility roles
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree
• Based in Istanbul
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
