In line with this vision, we are looking for a “Director of Finance”who will determine financial strategies, consolidate the financial operations of our Furniture Group, and offer strategic guidance to the Board and the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Defining the company’s long-term financial strategies and objectives
• Presenting regular strategic reports and analyses to the Board of Directors / CEO regarding the company's financial performance, risks, and growth opportunities,
• Coordinating annual budgets and long-term business plans, and managing budget-to-actual variance analyses,
• Supporting the optimization of centralized cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure across the Group,
• Managing relationships with domestic and international financial institutions, and ensuring access to the most cost-effective credit, funding, and debt instruments,
• Developing project financing models and securing funds for investment projects,
• Ensuring the compliance of financial processes with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and green financing criteria to support international funding pipelines,
• Ensuring that accounting, tax, budget, and reporting functions operate in full alignment with holding standards,
• Coordinating the timely, complete, and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with TFRS (Turkish Financial Reporting Standards) and legal legislation,
• Managing tax planning and transfer pricing processes to minimize legal and regulatory risks,
• Identifying financial, operational, and legal risks (foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity risks, etc.) and developing hedging strategies in collaboration with the Holding,
• Leading feasibility, valuation, and financial modeling processes for new investment decisions,
• Leading financial process automation, ERP system optimization, and digital financial transformation processes,
• Tracking the company's financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing measures to enhance profitability.

Qualifications

• Graduated from universities' Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or similar departments. (An MBA or Master's degree in Finance is preferred)
• A total of at least 15 years of experience in a similar senior financial management (Finance Director) position within large-scale holdings or group companies,
• Excellent command of English (at a level to conduct negotiations with international financial institutions and funds),
• Preferably holding international financial certifications such as SMMM, CFA, or CMA,
• Advanced expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS / TFRS) and consolidation processes,
• Experienced in managing executive-level relationships with banks and financial institutions, as well as in syndication loans and project finance,
• Possessing advanced leadership, strategic thinking, analytical analysis, and crisis management skills.
