Responsibilities

• Contribute to the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of various corporate support functions across the organization.
• Execute assigned activities in line with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of departmental processes and activities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, coordination, and process execution.
• Prepare, maintain, and update relevant data, documents, reports, and records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to increasing efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Support analysis, reporting, follow-up, coordination, and other functional activities as required.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives, working collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.
• Support the achievement of departmental and company objectives through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Stay up to date with relevant regulations, industry developments, best practices, and new technologies related to the respective function.
• Demonstrate the company's values and ethical principles in all professional activities.·
