English Teacher – Preschool (Early Childhood Education)

At Düş Mucitleri Science Kindergarten, inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, Nature-Based Learning, and a child-centered philosophy, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our educational team.

Job Description

• Planning and implementing English lessons for children aged 2–6 years.
• Conducting engaging learning experiences through play, songs, stories, drama, STEAM activities, and outdoor learning.
• Creating a warm, supportive, and language-rich classroom environment.
• Observing children’s developmental progress and supporting their individual learning journeys.
• Collaborating closely with classroom teachers and the educational team.
• Preparing age-appropriate educational materials and learning provocations.
• Communicating effectively with families regarding children’s language development.
• Participating actively in school meetings, professional development activities, and school events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, American Culture and Literature, Translation and Interpretation, or a related field.
• Teaching certificate/pedagogical formation is preferred.
• Experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
• Open to innovative educational approaches and continuous professional development.
• Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia Approach, project-based learning, and experiential learning is considered an advantage.
• Creative, energetic, patient, and highly motivated.
