We are looking for a ‘’Assistant Investment Manager’’to be in Akyazı.
A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Managing and leading investment projects,
- Managing the installation and relocation of machinery and equipment,
- Planning and controlling construction work and preparing cost analyses,
- Preparing project feasibility reports,
- Collaborating with Purchasing, R&D, Quality, HSE, and Operations departments on investment projects,
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects
- Monitoring and preparing investment budget forecasts (annual, monthly, and revisions) and tracking performance,
- Ensuring adherence to project timelines by tracking all internal and external milestones and securing on-time project delivery,
- Demonstrating strong project and people management skills, with the ability to lead multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results on time,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering,
- Preferably proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Capable of supporting the preparation of projects, technical specifications, and progress payment processes,
- Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, as well as industrial automation systems,
- Good knowledge of applicable safety regulations, laws, and standards,
- Familiar with environmental, OHS, and compliance processes,
- Ability to understand market and customer needs, with strong communication skills,
- No travel restrictions; residing in or willing to relocate to Sakarya
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry or similar process industries.
