We are looking for a ‘’Junior Quality Control Associate’’ to be in Akyazı. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Ensuring that all necessary inspections, controls, chemical, microbiological, sensory, and physical analyses are carried out at every stage of the process, from incoming material control to shipment completion and product loading,
• Carrying out, coordinating, and supporting processes in accordance with the Quality Management System and other defined procedures, instructions, and standards,
• Conducting quality analyses or ensuring that analyses are conducted, recording the results in compliance with legislation, and preparing analysis certificates when requested,
• Participating actively in product and raw material trial processes and maintaining accurate records,
• Implementing Quality Management System and Food Safety requirements by guiding auditors during ministry audits, addressing identified nonconformities, proposing improvement actions, and participating actively in planned improvement initiatives,
• Following up on legal processes related to final product samples taken by relevant ministries,
• Investigating and reporting incoming customer complaints, and collaborating with relevant departments to develop effective solutions,
• Ensuring that quality processes comply with DyDo Occupational Safety Standards and participating in related improvement activities,
• Presenting monthly KPI data, including trial results, nonconformities, and other quality performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a food engineering department,
• Preferably have knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (TSE 22000, ISO 9001, BRC, etc.),
• Preferably have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the food or beverage sector,
• Have a good command of spoken and written English,
• Preferably have basic knowledge of SAP,
• Be proficient in MS Office applications,
• Work collaboratively in harmony with the team, demonstrating strong communication skills,
• Be solution-oriented with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements,
• Act proactively by taking responsibility and supporting quality system activities,
• Evaluate and analyze processes with basic analytical skills,
• Have no restrictions on travel,
• Live in Sakarya or being able to relocate to Sakarya.
