We are looking for a ‘’Junior Transportation Planning Associate’’ to be in Akyazı. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Supporting daily transportation planning, shipment scheduling, and vehicle organization processes,
• Coordinating with logistics partners, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transportation operations,
• Monitoring shipment status, delivery performance, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner,
• Analyzing transportation data, preparing operational reports, and supporting performance improvement activities,
• Assisting in route planning, cost tracking, and transportation efficiency improvement projects,
• Maintaining accurate shipment, vehicle, and logistics records within relevant systems,
• Supporting coordination between warehouse, production, purchasing, and customer teams to ensure effective logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related departments of universities, 
• 1-3 years of experience in the transportation departments of the logistics, departments (Preferably in the FMCG sector),
• Transportation planning and logistics operations experience,
• Shipment tracking and coordination skills,
• Route planning and carrier management knowledge,
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
• ERP / MS Office system usage experience.
