We are looking for a ''Junior Production Associate'' to be in Akyazı Factory. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Ensuring that the planned production program is realized efficiently,
• Providing personnel management and shift arrangements,
• Carrying out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process,
• Controlling material waste rates and yields, ensuring that they are within the standards, to take improvements,
• Preparing reports for continuous improvement and performance monitoring by evaluating the criteria and presenting them to the management,
• Complying with the prepared department budget,
• Creating, following up and implementing production documents and KPI datas,
• Coordinating and improving occupational health and safety practices, ensuring that the team complies with the rules,
• Ensuring that the production is carried out in accordance with the food safety and hygiene rules,
• Planning executing, and evaluating production trials for new products, packaging materials, equipment and process optimization,
• Leading and supporting digitalization projects within the production department, including the    implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies, data monitoring systems, and automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 years of professional experience, preferably in the beverage industry
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates an innovative, solution-oriented approach with a focus on results
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Preferably experienced with SAP systems
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Akyazı
