We are looking for a Product Manager to take safe and fun toys that support children’s development from the concept stage to the store shelf.

What will you be responsible for?

•         Manage the toy product line; plan the portfolio according to age groups and areas of development
•         Develop new product ideas by analyzing children’s needs, parents’ and educators’ expectations, and market trends
•          Oversee the design of new products from concept to mass production in collaboration with R&D, production, and quality teams
•         Evaluate the educational value of products and their suitability for specific age groups
•          Ensure that toy safety regulations and testing processes are incorporated into product development      
•         Track product costs, pricing, and profitability
  
  

What will make you a great fit?

•         A graduate of a program in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, special education, psychological counseling and guidance, or a similar field of education and child development; or a graduate of a program in industrial design, product design, engineering graduated  a related field with experience in the children’s products sector

•         At least 2–5 years of product management/product development experience in the toy, children’s products, educational materials, or similar industries
•         Familiarity with toy safety standards (TS EN 71, CE, Toy Safety Regulation)
•         Knowledgeable about child development, play-based learning, and skill areas by age group
•          Knowledgeable about plastic manufacturing processes
•          Proficient in English
•          Creative, analytical, capable of managing multi-stakeholder projects, and a strong communicator
