Sales Engineer

QUALIFICATION 

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline,
• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or industrial products,
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings,
• SAP and CRM knowledge is an advantage,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills,
• Customer-oriented and results-driven approach,
• Willing to travel frequently and possess a valid driving license.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and develop customer relationships within the assigned territory,
• Promote and grow EagleBurgmann's Mechanical Seals product portfolio,
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers,
• Prepare quotations and provide technical and commercial support,
• Conduct regular customer visits and understand customer requirements,
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction,
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities,
• Maintain customer records and sales activities through systems,
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports to management,
• Participate in customer events, technical seminars, exhibitions, and other business development activities.
