We are seeking a dedicated Plant Manager to join our client's management team. This role is crucial for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The Plant Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence within the plant. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our production processes.

Required qualifications are as below

• Min 10 years of experience in hot and cold forging and galvanization process
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to improve plant efficiency.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage plant operations effectively.

• Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage, and develop plant staff.
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
• Commit to plant safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.
• Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
• Utilize analytical thinking to assess and improve plant operations.
• Exhibit organizational leadership to guide and motivate the plant team.
• Apply strategic thinking to align plant operations with company goals.
