Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks, interpreting technical drawings, and modifying existing designs.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate directly and confidently with international customers.

• Previous technical experience in a similar position 

• Willing and able to travel internationally and adapt to hands-on fieldwork .

• Previous technical experience in a similar position 

• Team-oriented, responsible, proactive, and capable of taking initiative.

• For male candidates, completion of compulsory military service.

• Eligible to apply for a Schengen visa.

• Valid Class B driver's license and active driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical meetings in English with international customers and provide remote technical support.

• Perform machinery installation, commissioning, and technical service activities for domestic and international customers.

• Prepare operation, maintenance, and technical service manuals for machinery, ensuring that existing documentation is kept up to date and revised in accordance with technical modifications.

• Work closely with the company's mechanical and automation engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure effective coordination.

• Use SolidWorks to review machine components and assembly drawings and prepare technical illustrations for service and operation manuals.

• Create, maintain, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on SolidWorks models and assembly drawings.

• Provide machine operators with training on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

• Maintain accurate records of service requests, technical interventions, and troubleshooting activities.
