Ege Profil has been established in 1981, is the leader of the Turkish PVC Profile Sector, continues its investment activities empowered by its brand history over a quarter of a century. Our Company operates in the PVC profile sector under four brands, namely Egepen Deceuninck, Winsa, Pimapen ,Maestro and IQ Aluminum.The facility in İzmir (Menemen), with its indoor area of 80,000 sqm2 and a machinery park of a capacity of 100,000 tons, the Kocaeli (Kartepe) plant is dedicated to the Winsa and Pimapen products with an indoor area of 34,000 sqm2 and a machinery park with a capacity of 45,000 tons. Moreover, all brands have individual Regional Directorates in İzmir, İstanbul, Ankara and Adana.

In order to support our growing organization we are looking for Production Manager who fulfills the following requirements;

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Overseeing production planning, capacity utilization, line performance, inventory accuracy, and KPI tracking,
• Ensuring compliance with HSSE, quality, and operational procedures,
• Leading continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and efficiency projects,
• Managing contractors, budgets, and contributing to investment projects,
• Supervising and developing the operations team, providing leadership, coaching, and capability development,
• Driving training, competency assessments, and performance management,
• Collaborating with Safety, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and R&D Planning departments to optimize operations,
• Preparing reports including capacity analysis, KPI tracking, and stock counts,
• Ensuring production schedules are delivered safely, on time, and at required quality.

QUALİFİCATİONS

• Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering ,
• Minimum 8 years in manufacturing operations/leadership (preferably with experience in extrusion processes)
• Strong HSE and quality culture, lean manufacturing, project management, and process safety experience,
• Fluent in English (written and spoken),
• Good command of SAP/ERP and MS Office, capacity planning, scheduling, and data analytics skills,
• Financial understanding (budgeting, Capex basics),
